Lee Grayson, Jr. is a U.S. Army veteran and senior intelligence professional with more than 15 years of experience leading intelligence operations, security strategy, and global threat assessments in support of the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Department of State. He has directed 24/7 global security operations and delivered actionable intelligence to protect personnel, infrastructure, and organizational assets across government and private-sector environments.

Lee holds an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University, an MS from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, and a BA from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. His professional training includes advanced counterintelligence, insider-threat mitigation, and defense strategy, equipping him to address complex challenges in risk management, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.

He recently completed Wharton’s Leadership in AI and Analytics program and applies this expertise to advanced analytics, emerging technologies, and sustainability-focused innovation. Committed to service, Lee is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated; a board member of Visions and Pathways; and a supporter of veteran-focused initiatives with Leave No Veteran Behind.
