Marcin Zarakowski is an attorney-at-law (Poland) and the founder and CEO of Recoveris. His company specializes in blockchain investigations coordination of efforts aimed at recovering lost or stolen crypto-assets, as well as building a platform automating different elements of the investigative process with the use of AI-enhanced solutions. With more than eight years of experience in the blockchain and digital asset industry, he previously served as legal counsel for two Layer-1 blockchain foundations based in Zug, Switzerland.

In addition to his legal practice, Marcin has held several leadership roles in the international tech community. He was the co-chair of the Privacy Working Group at INATBA and serves as a Virtual Asset Expert for the OSCE.

Marcin holds an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge and is a certified Swiss startup board member. He is a regular speaker and panelist at blockchain events, he conducts training and shares his knowledge on crypto-asset security.
