Mary Ann Callahan

Mary Ann Callahan recently completed a 4-year term as a Fellow and Senior Policy Advisor at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where she provided her financial industry experience as a resource to the SEC’s Division of Trading and Markets and its Office of Clearance and Settlement. Prior to joining the SEC in 2021, she worked as a market structure advisor to Paxos Trust Company and Securitize Inc. and on a blockchain-enabled project at State Street, following a 25+ year career globally representing DTCC, the securities and derivatives clearing agency. She has also advised project teams with The World Bank, International Monetary Fund and Inter-American Development Bank. She has an MBA from NYU Stern and BA from Manhattanville University.
