Medha Srivastava is General Counsel at Hashed VC, a global venture capital firm focused on Web3 and blockchain investments. With nearly two decades of experience in corporate and transactional law, she leads legal strategy across global investments, regulatory compliance, and cross-border deals at the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation. Before joining Hashed, Medha advised on complex M&A, private equity, and regulatory matters at leading Indian law firms, including Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Atlas Law Partners. Her work spans traditional finance as well as emerging digital asset frameworks, giving her a practical perspective on how regulation and innovation can evolve together. She was recognized as an ALB India Rising Star (2022) for her contributions to the legal ecosystem.
