Nathalie Boyke is the Founder of nucleus42.io, a strategic public affairs advisory focused on Web3, digital assets, and AI. She brings over 18 years of experience across finance, technology and public affairs

In 2023, she played a key role in preparing the Polkadot ecosystem for its first engagement at a U.S. Congressional joint committee hearing on crypto regulation. As former Director of Public Policy & Government Affairs at Web3 Foundation, she led global policy engagement on issues including privacy, decentralization, and responsible technology adoption.

Nathalie has advised policymakers, multinational organizations and financial institutions on policy implications of emerging technologies, supporting informed decision-making at the intersection of technology and regulation. Prior to Web3, she spent several years in the financial sector advising C-level executives and banking institutions on strategic communications, policy and investor relations.

Nathalie is an Ambassador for Blockchain for Europe and regularly convenes and moderates high-level dialogue formats on tech policy and societal impact.
