Philippe Redaelli

Philippe Redaelli is Managing Director, Strategic Initiatives at Kaiko, the global leader in digital asset market data for financial markets, where he operates at the intersection of partnerships, products, market structure, and technology to accelerate growth and increase the value delivered to the industry.

Before joining Kaiko, Philippe served within the Euronext and Deutsche Börse groups, first in capital markets derivatives segments, then as General Secretary of the European energy exchanges Powernext and EPEX. In these roles, he helped take new market infrastructures from inception to scale, supporting the development and adoption of innovative financial instruments. He later joined Fragmos Chain, a startup delivering DLT-based capital markets solutions, where he served as Chief Product Officer and contributed to the company’s product strategy and launch.

Philippe is motivated by building transformational, impactful products and technologies in financial markets and has been focused on digital assets since 2017.
