Rithy Pich

Mr. PICH Rithy, has 7 years’ experience leading SERC’s teams in evaluating license applications for securities intermediary companies. He has been very active in various working groups such as Securities and Exchange Regulator's FinTech Working Group, FinTech Regulatory Sandbox Application Evaluation Team, Banking Sector Technical Working Group on Drafting Cambodia's FinTech Development Policy, Derivatives Market Supervisory Technology System, and other groups working on drafting the policies of developing the country’s capital market infrastructure, including the Digital Assets Framework.

From January to April 2024, he completed an internship with the Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC) in Washington, DC as an IFC Milken Capital Markets Scholar, where he contributed to the most recent Global Standards Mapping Initiative (GSMI 5.0).
