So Saito is the founder and representative lawyer of So & Sato Law Offices, a boutique law firm specializing in Web3, startups, funds, and M&A. Before establishing his own firm, So was a partner at one of Japan's largest law firms, where he spent 16 years primarily handling finance-related matters, including securitization, funds, and derivatives. During this time, he also gained experience in disputes and arbitration.

Currently, So provides legal counsel to a wide range of Web3 projects, including crypto exchanges, DeFi, DAO, DePIN, blockchan games, NFT, stablecoins, ICO/IEO, and security tokens. He serves as a legal advisor, officer, and secretariat for several leading industry associations, such as the Japan Blockchain Association, Japan Metaverse Association, Japan Virtual Currency Exchange Business Association, Japan STO Association, and Japan FinTech Association.
