Björn is a seasoned financial industry professional with over 27 years of experience in traditional finance and more than 5 years of expertise in the digital assets and tech space. As the visionary Founder of RSNDL, a Swiss-based financial consulting company, he dedicates himself to crafting bespoke solutions for institutions and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals across the globe. His entrepreneurial spirit shines through as he also lends his expertise as an advisor to innovative tech startups, focusing on Regenerative Finance and Digital Art, thereby bridging the gap between conventional and decentralized finance.

Björn embarked on his professional journey in Investment Banking, honing his skills as an Equity Derivatives Trader at DEUTSCHE BANK, where he navigated financial markets in Frankfurt, London, and Chicago. Transitioning into the dynamic Fintech space, he played a pivotal role as a Sales and Relationship Manager at REUTERS, specializing in algorithmic trading and economic data products. Björn then led a team of Relationship Managers for European and Asian institutional clients at the esteemed Swiss Private Bank PICTET & CIE. After almost a decade at J.P. MORGAN International Private Bank as their Head of Custody EMEA, where he looked after the Custody business, Björn transitioned to DIGIVAULT, a registered Digital Asset Custody provider. As the Global Head of Sales, he was responsible for running business development.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Björn is fuelled by his passion for sailing, combat sports and classic cars.
