Glenn Hall is a Partner in international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright and leads the firm’s Government Relations and Public Policy practice. For many years Glenn was a Partner in Norton Rose Fulbright’s corporate team advising investors, corporates and investments banks on M&A deals, IPOs and other corporate transactions. In 2016 he left the firm on his appointment by Prime Minister Theresa May as Special Adviser to the Rt Hon Greg Clark MP, former Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. As Special Adviser, Glenn acted as Chief of Staff to the Secretary of State advising him on strategic and policy issues across the government’s agenda, including Brexit, Industrial Strategy, Energy policy and the future of the UK’s regulatory framework. Glenn returned to Norton Rose Fulbright in 2018.
