With over 25 years of experience in the events industry, Ivan Ferrari is Vice President of ADIPEC, dmg events. Ivan is also an author, thought leader, investor and a passionate advocate of the blockchain revolution since his first venture in the space in 2015. Prior to his current role, he held the position of Senior Director, Tech Cluster, at the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC).

In addition to working at DWTC, in his experience Ivan was at the helm of Informa Tech’s Southeast Asia division where he directed events focusing on Cybersecurity, infocomm, AI, Cloud, Edge computing, Media, Streaming and Tech infrastructure.  Ivan was previously General Manager of Informa in Indonesia and subsequently promoted to handle Informa’s Business Development and Special Projects in Southeast Asia. Before joining Informa, Ivan founded and led a consulting company based in Lugano, Switzerland, serving the exhibition industry.
