Marianna Polykrati is a seasoned Finance Leader with extensive expertise in Treasury, Corporate Finance, and Banking. She currently serves as the Group Treasurer of Avramar, where she plays a critical role in liquidity management and financial strategy. Marianna is also the Co-Founder of Tetraktys Treasury, Greece’s first dedicated treasury consultancy, supporting businesses in optimizing treasury operations and integrating cutting-edge solutions. With a career spanning leadership roles in the corporate and financial sectors, including over 15 years as Group Treasurer for leading FMCG companies such as Chipita and Vivartia, Marianna has developed deep expertise in managing complex M&A, funding transactions, and financial crisis scenarios. She is an Honorary Board Member of the Hellenic Association of Treasurers, and remains dedicated to creating a strong network and facilitating knowledge exchange among treasury professionals. Marianna is also a member of Boardroom, a think tank committed to bridging the gender gap in corporate boardrooms.
