Michelle is CEO of the UK based women-led global FinTech group (Global Policy House- GPH) and senior Government advisor to several governments. She is a globally recognized Blockchain/ Digital Transformation professional working with several groups including Government of Bermuda, African Union, United Nations, International Chambers of Commerce, World Trade Organisation, B20/G20 group and many other global institutions. Michelle is well known for her work in the Digital Transformation/Digital Economy covering areas including Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity, especially in the context of emerging and developing markets.

She has been recognized as one of the Top 10 Women in Blockchain in Africa and Top 40 Global Fintech4Good Fellows working with the UN. Michelle runs GPH which is predominantly focused on investing, educating and raising awareness about Blockchain and other emerging technologies with a focus on supporting women, youth, governments and enterprises navigate the digital economy. As a black African-British female led digital group, GPH aims to ensure greater inclusivity and diversity by supporting more black and other ethnic minority groups enter the Blockchain/Digital Economy.

Michelle also holds several senior level board positions including being a Taskforce member of the Digital Transformation/Trade Working Group of the African Union which represents 54 Heads of Government in Africa and part of the Digital Transformation Taskforce of B20-G20. A respected professional with access to an extensive network of global stakeholders in the digital economy, Blockchain, financing, sustainability and global government arena. Michelle is often referred to as a young thought leader and investor in the Blockchain/Finance space. She has been at the forefront of influencing global Blockchain and Digital Economy developments. Through her investment work she has also been working on sourcing investments promoting novel digital and green financing packages to support sustainable projects. Michelle is particularly passionate about women and youth empowerment, advocating for inclusive and sustainable policies that ensure no one is left behind.
