Morgan McKenney is Special Advisor to Centre, a consortium established by Coinbase and Circle focused on growing the use of trusted stablecoins globally, starting with USDC.  Previously she held a range of senior executive roles for nearly 20 years at Citi around the world, primarily in institutional and consumer payments innovation across Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa and North America.  Her last role at Citi was Chief Operating Officer for Global Consumer Banking.

She is a blockchain practitioner, having successfully implemented into production two disruptive blockchain innovations with Nasdaq and a very large Asian tech disruptor, and holds numerous blockchain, crypto and fintech private investments globally.

She is passionate about enabling the digital economy, harnessing new and emerging technology for business value and improving financial services access to support economic growth.  Morgan is a member of Council on Foreign Relations, Leadership Now Project, and a Limited Partner Advisor at Nyca Partners, a leading venture capital fund.
