She is co-founder of First NationsX, a non-profit dedicated to empowering indigenous entrepreneurship, assisting founders in scaling and accessing global markets and investments. Paula is the Vice-Chair and co-founder of West Tech Fest, Australia's longest running technology and innovation festival. In her role as the CoinDesk PitchFest Lead at Consensus, Paula champions promising early-stage Web 3 companies. In her capacity as Chair at the WA Ocean Foundation, Paula intertwines her passion for technology wbith environmental advocacy.
