Soraya Bousaid

Soraya Bousaid is part of the Fintech Team within the Central Bank of Curacao and Sint Maarten. She is the point of contact at the Bank’s Innovation Office and serves as a vital link between the Central Bank and Financial Innovators. Her work focuses on the intersection of Fintech & Financial Inclusion - including Blockchain & AI- within the Monetary Union. In her role, she has helped shape the regulatory framework and is responsible for organizing the Bank’s Annual Fintech Conference which brings together Global Experts and Regional Stakeholders covering topics ranging from Digital Assets to Blockchain and DLT. She holds an MSc in Strategic Management from Tilburg University and a Digital Assets for Regulators Certification from Cambridge Judge Business School.
