Formerly the Chairman of national tourism board “Kazakh Tourism”, he now excels as the Chief Innovation Officer at the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) Authority, where he drives innovation, overseeing the AIFC TechHub and Academy. A passionate AI enthusiast, Talgat's background includes a period where he led a software development company. During this time, his company was instrumental in developing blockchain-based procurement software for the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Kazakhstan in 2017, showcasing his early and insightful engagement with blockchain technology.”
