Tom Menner

Tom is a seasoned information technology executive with specializations in digital asset technology, enterprise architecture, and transactional middleware. Until recently he was the Chief Technology Officer for SBI Digital Markets, where he headed up the IT strategy, operations, cybersecurity and compliance for financial services and capital markets based on digital assets. Prior to joining SBI DM he was the Head of Asia Pacific for IntellectEU, a technology services provider for blockchain, confidential computing, and artificial intelligence. He was also the Director of Solution Architecture in Asia Pacific for R3, a blockchain and digital assets platform company; and he had a lengthy 20+ year career at IBM as a Software Solution Architect.

Tom is originally from New York City, but he has also lived in Los Angeles and in Tokyo, and he is now on his second stint living in Singapore. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy.
