A Practical Tool for Digital Assets Global Regulatory Collaboration
Published

In markets without borders, collaboration strengthens outcomes.
Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC)'s Regulatory Resources Hub is a curated, open-access education and information sharing platform designed for regulators and policymakers focusing on developments in digital assets and blockchain technology. The Hub brings together Global Standard Mapping Initiative (GSMI)'s regulatory map, Capital Markets Risk Mitigation Framework (RMF), reference materials, use cases from jurisdictions around the world, as well as collaborations with the public sector.
Designed to serve as a centralized, easy-to-navigate portal for all GBBC regulator-facing resources and initiatives, the Regulatory Resources Hub will strengthen collaboration and information exchange among regulators and industry worldwide.
By consolidating credible, publicly available materials in one place, the Hub enables regulators to:
🔹 Compare definitions, disclosures, and supervisory approaches
🔹 Identify areas of convergence and divergence
🔹 Accelerate policy development with reliable references
As new frameworks, guidance, enforcement approaches, industry standards, and regulatory collaboration initiatives are introduced, the Hub will continue to expand, evolving into a living repository that reflects the current state of regulatory practice.
GBBC would like to thank the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) Authority for helping inspire this initiative, which emerged from feedback shared by senior representatives across Qatar’s financial ecosystem during our collaboration on a capacity building session focused on digital assets and tokenization. Digital Assets Markets are global and require effective cross-jurisdictional regulatory collaboration, GBBC’s Regulatory Resource Hub provides it.

A special thank you to Guild’s Gréta Kálló-Joób and Róbert Áron Zawiasa for supporting GBBC’s vision and bringing the Regulatory Resource Hub to life.
