GBBC Releases International Journal of Blockchain Law - Volume XI

Written and edited by lawyers, GBBC’s International Journal of Blockchain Law (IJBL) is designed to help interested business and non-legal communities better understand the regulatory world of blockchain and digital assets. 

Volume XI delves into developments surrounding manipulative and insider trading, a novel triple-token merger, private remedies within securities law, DAO liability, and FIT21 in the U.S.; cryptoasset capital rules in Hong Kong; staking/restaking and AI agents in Japan; and the black box phenomenon of AI applications. It also features the panel recording “Tokenization of Debt and Project Promissa (In Partnership with The World Bank)” from GBBC’s Blockchain Central Davos 2025.
