Dr. Fatin Said Juma Al Zadjali has her bachelor’s in business from Australia, a Diploma in Banking from IBFS an MBA from the University of Strathclyde – UK, and a Ph.D. in Islamic Finance at INCEIF- Malaysia. She also has various training-related Certifications such as Certified Training Professional (CTP), Creative Train the Trainer, and NLP for Trainers, besides being a Certified Islamic Banker. Her areas of training expertise are behavioral skills and Islamic banking. She has published a paper on Business Trends & Challenges in Islamic FinTech: A Systematic Literature Review Dawood H, Al Zadjali DF, Al Rawahi M et al. She also published a full Country report on Islamic finance in Oman by The Standing Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation of the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (COMCEC) titled Standardization Efforts in Islamic Finance.
