With over 20 years of experience in global capital markets and financial infrastructure, I bring a proven track record of leading strategy, business development, and product innovation across FinTech, blockchain, and ESG-aligned technologies. My expertise lies in digital assets, tokenization, and building scalable marketplace ecosystems, with a focus on SaaS and cloud-native solutions powered by Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT). Currently, I serve as Co-founder and Director at Traced Systems, where we are developing Digital Product Passports as a SaaS platform to advance transparency, traceability, and sustainability across sectors. I also work part-time with ChromaWay, contributing to business development, partnerships, and strategic initiatives that accelerate enterprise and institutional blockchain adoption. Previously, I led Nasdaq’s global blockchain initiatives for ten years, where I launched and headed the Nasdaq Digital Assets Service—delivering pioneering solutions for tokenized private equity, mutual funds, structured products, real estate, carbon credits, digital cash, and more. My experience spans the full asset lifecycle, from origination and issuance to post-trade processes including execution, clearing, custody, and risk management—across both sell-side and marketplace environments. Recognized as FinTech Person of the Year in 2018 by Financial Technologies Forum, I am also the inventor of a granted U.S. blockchain patent (US 9,794,074 B2) and an established thought leader and speaker in the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem.
