Renée Berman
Financial Services Advisor
A strategic leader in digital assets, Renée operates at the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation. With over two decades of experience, she has driven transformational change across capital markets, digital assets, and financial infrastructure—translating emerging technologies into real-world value and building the next generation of systems that deliver measurable market impact.
Most recently, as Managing Director of DTCC Digital Assets, Renée led initiatives to advance the adoption of tokenized real-world assets. This included collaborating with Euroclear and Clearstream on industry white papers and guiding efforts to tokenize DTCC’s $100 trillion in eligible securities—turning bold ideas into actionable strategies with market-wide implications.
Previously, as Head of Strategy for Capital Markets at Broadridge, Renée defined and executed digital asset strategies, evaluated M&A opportunities—including contributing to the $2.5 billion acquisition of Itiviti—and led the firm’s annual strategic planning process. Earlier roles at Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, and Bain & Company further deepened her expertise in product development, strategy, operations, and regulatory affairs.
A graduate of Wharton and an MBA from Chicago Booth (top 5% of the class), Renée is passionate about emerging technologies and shaping the future of financial infrastructure. She actively contributes to industry and alumni communities through board memberships, mentorship, and leadership networks such as Chief, Coro, and the Securities Industry Institute (SII).

She is currently exploring new opportunities within digital assets and welcome conversations with those passionate about innovation and adoption in this space.
